Operating from one of Antalya's favourite resort districts, Antalya Massage Salon Nova Spa ("Nova Spa Massage", "we") explains in this Cookie Policy how cookies and similar technologies are used on our website at https://novamasajspa.com (the "Site").

Antalya Massage Salon Nova Spa is the data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"). This document is written to meet the disclosure duty set out in Article 10 of the KVKK for cookies specifically, and to align with the Guidelines on Cookie Practices (2022) issued by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority.

Because Antalya welcomes holidaymakers from across Europe every summer, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive are also observed for guests visiting the Site from the European Union or the United Kingdom; the policy is written to cover both local and international visitors alike.

2. What Is a Cookie?

A cookie is a small text fragment your browser leaves on your device (computer, tablet, phone) when you visit a website; cookies help keep the site running smoothly, remember your preferences, and gather visit statistics.

This policy covers not just classic cookies but also similar tools that do the same job, such as local storage, session storage, pixel tags, web beacons and SDKs; throughout this text, "cookie" refers to all of them unless stated otherwise.

7. Google Consent Mode v2

Google Consent Mode v2 runs on the Site: until you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, Google's tools place no advertising or measurement cookie on your device at all. Once you save your choice, a matching consent signal is passed to the relevant Google service, and cookies then work strictly within the boundaries of that permission.

On your first visit, the cookie notice bar at the bottom of the screen lets you accept everything, reject everything, or open "Cookie Settings" to choose category by category; every category besides strictly necessary starts switched off.

Article 11 of the KVKK gives you the following rights over the personal data cookies process about you:

  • To request information if your personal data has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
  • To know the third parties, domestic or abroad, to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
  • To request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
  • To request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
  • To object to a result that is to your detriment arising solely from automated analysis of your processed data,
  • To request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your personal data.

How to apply: Send requests about these rights in writing, per the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller and Article 13 of the KVKK, to Dutlubahçe Mahallesi, Fatih Caddesi No:46/2, 07010 Muratpaşa/Antalya or to [email protected]. Nova Spa Massage closes out requests free of charge, as quickly as the matter allows and within thirty days at the outside; where handling a request carries a genuine cost, the Board's published tariff may apply.

Should we reject your request, answer it inadequately, or miss the statutory deadline, you may file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

For guests covered by the GDPR: Travellers visiting us from the European Union or the United Kingdom may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority back home under the GDPR.

11. Changes

Nova Spa Massage revises this Cookie Policy from time to time as regulations evolve or the Site changes; the live version always sits on this page, and the date above moves forward whenever a material change is made. Carrying on using the Site tells us you've read the current version.
