Our team is made up of three core groups: certified male and female massage therapists, hammam masters who perform the traditional scrub-and-foam ritual, and the front-desk team who welcome you and plan your programme. How does our hygiene protocol work?
- All textiles — pestemal wraps, towels, scrub mitts and sheets — are new and single-use for every guest.
- Rooms are ventilated and disinfected between every session; equipment is sterilised.
- Massage oils and care products are portioned per guest; nothing is used from a shared container.
- Our hammam and sauna areas are cleaned regularly throughout the day and thoroughly at closing.
