What Awaits You at the Spa?

A spa visit is a planned relaxation experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you get up from the rest area. If it's your first time, here's how it goes: in a short welcome chat we listen to what you need that day, work out your programme together, and take you to your private room — the rest of the time is entirely yours. You don't need to know what you want beforehand; suggesting the right programme is our job.

  1. Welcome and needs chat — Where's your tension building up? Are you after quiet, skincare, or muscle relief? Your programme is shaped around the answers.
  2. Choosing your programme — Massage, hammam, sauna, or a combination — the length and order are arranged around you.
  3. Preparation — You're given single-use textiles and your cabin key, and can change comfortably.
  4. Treatment — Sessions take place in your own private room with sterilised equipment; you set the pace at every stage.
  5. Rest and refreshments — At the end of the programme, you relax over herbal tea and refreshments, easing gently back into your day.

There's one rule throughout: no rushing. The value of your spa day is the uninterrupted time you give yourself.

How Should You Plan Your Spa Day?

A good spa programme follows a simple formula: heat first, then touch, then rest. Heat (hammam or sauna) softens the muscles; a massage then works far more deeply into a body that's already prepared; and the closing rest break seals in the experience. Three sample routines depending on your time:

  • Quick break (60-75 min): A short sauna round + a 50-minute classic massage. The most practical option after work.
  • Classic spa (around 2 hours): Hammam ritual (scrub-and-foam) + massage + a tea break. The best-balanced programme for a first spa visit.
  • Full renewal (half a day): Sauna + hammam + aromatherapy massage + scrub-and-foam ritual + a long rest. Ideal for "resetting" after a holiday or a demanding stretch.

Do I need to choose my programme in advance?

Not necessarily. We agree on a general outline over the phone and adjust it in the salon to fit your needs on the day. Our only tip on timing: allow at least 2 hours for programmes that include a hammam; shorter, massage-focused programmes take 60-90 minutes. Our salon is open every day from 08:30 - 03:30, so late programmes are possible too.

What Do You Get Out of a Spa Visit?

The clearest thing a spa gives you is a few uninterrupted hours that are entirely your own: no phone, no rushing, no decision fatigue. That break shows up as looser muscle tension, a sense of better sleep, and a calm that carries into the next day. A long day at the beach in Konyaaltı or Lara can leave you with a similar sense of freshness.

  • Physical relaxation: The combination of heat and massage helps ease the daily tension that builds up across the shoulders, neck and lower back.
  • Mental refreshment: A quiet room, soft lighting and aromatherapy scents make it easier for your mind to step out of "always on" mode.
  • Scrub-and-foam ritual: Skin looks visibly refreshed after the scrub-and-foam treatment.
  • The ritual effect: Regular spa breaks are a planned promise of self-care, not a random one — and that's exactly what makes it sustainable.

How often should you take a spa break?

As a general measure, one full programme a month, or a short break every two to three weeks, keeps most working people in balance. During busy periods — a project deadline, exam week, moving house — a spa day planned for right after the crunch can work as its own reward, too. The right frequency depends on your own pace; we adapt the programme to whatever you need on the day.

An honest note: a spa is not a medical treatment and shouldn't be marketed as one. For chronic pain or health conditions, please talk to your doctor, and we'll adapt your spa programme together based on that guidance.

What Should You Keep in Mind Before Your Spa Visit?

Short answer: just bring yourself. Pestemal wraps, towels, slippers and all personal textiles are new and single-use for every guest; care products are ready at our salon. A few details to make your experience run smoothly:

  • Arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment so the welcome chat and preparation aren't rushed.
  • Eat something light 1-2 hours before your programme; a full stomach isn't comfortable for routines that include a hammam or sauna.
  • Drink plenty of water throughout the day — hydration before and after heat treatments matters especially in Antalya's warm climate.
  • You can leave jewellery and valuables in your locked cabin; it's most comfortable to have no accessories on during treatment.
  • If you've had a scrub-and-foam ritual, heavy sun exposure and full makeup aren't recommended the same day — let your skin rest.
  • If you're pregnant, have a heart or blood-pressure condition, or an ongoing health issue, please check with your doctor before starting the programme and let us know when booking — we'll plan a heat-free routine suited to you.

Hygiene is our job: rooms are ventilated and disinfected after every session, equipment is sterilised, and textiles are never reused. Feel free to ask anything on your mind before your session — we won't start any treatment we can't clearly explain.

How Does the Spa Work for Couples and Groups?

A spa experience is even better shared: in couples' programmes, sessions are scheduled at the same time, so you spend your rest break together. For anniversaries, birthdays or simply a "let's treat ourselves" day, a hammam + massage combination is the most popular choice for couples — we adjust the timing and content to your pace.

We also arrange sequenced session plans for groups of friends and special celebrations, staggering times by group size so everyone's programme fits into the same visit. For date and time planning, just give us a call — let's design your spa day in Antalya together. You can also check our service list for package details and durations.
